Warm Tips

1. Our cd player supports only five CD formats: CD, CD-R, CD-RW, MP3, and WMA. If the buyer's CD disc does not belong to any of these five formats, it will not play correctly, such as not read or play CDs and may stop randomly after startup.

2. Please kindly make sure that your CD discs are not dirty or scratched, or you willl hear high-pitched, fuzzy, or poor-quality sound. In which case it needs to be cleaned with a clean, soft cloth or replaced with a new disc.

3. Connectivity technology: Bluetooth or AUX cable.

4. Operating temperature: -10℃ to +50℃

Warm Tips

If you failed to connect to a Bluetooth earbuds/speakers, the possible reasons could be that the you have not turned off the Bluetooth function on your phone/tablet/computer, which is often connected to your own Bluetooth earbuds/speakers. In such cases, the Bluetooth earbuds/speakers will default to connecting with your own devices and cannot connect to the CD player. So please kindly disconnect the Bluetooth connection between your phone/tablet/computer and earbuds/speakers first.

Under CD mode, press Bluetooth mode button of the remote for 3s until the Bluetooth icon player on the led display flashes, and the CD player enters Bluetooth Transfer method. When the Bluetooth icon no longer flashes, that means Bluetooth pairing is successful.

Please kindly come to us if your Bluetooth devices still cannot be successfully connected, we'll help you figure this out.

Warm Tips

Please kindly maintain the magnetic head on the CD player cleanliness.
